Rimotec BV is a total solution supplier for your LED projects. We develop and deliver LED-based equipment for specific tasks in high-tech manufacturing processes.This concerns above all UV Curing of adhesives, paints and coatings and LED for production inspection.

Our strength is particular in custom solutions for your LED application, and in such we develop and work together in LED solutions for OEM’s and ODM’s,


While developing a custom made LED application we take your knowledge of your production as our baseline. To your application knowledge we add a few things: our standardized project method, our personal approach and of course our expertise and experience.

We know exactly which LEDs are suited for certain applications. We calculate power consumptions, cooling and compensation for loss of intensity. Based on these calculations we design, test and build the electronics, optics and housing.



Curing with UV LED’slinoLS

Rimotec BV has extensive experience in the use of UV-LEDs as an alternative to mercury lamps for curing adhesives, paint and coatings. We use therefor UV LEDs, the wavelength of which, depending on the application, is located between the 365 and 420 nm. Matching LEDs with paint, adhesive or coating is one of our specialties! We can illuminate material with several intensities and in almost unlimited dimensions. Obviously we match the cooling (passive or active with fan or water) to the power supply, duty cycle and temperature.


Inspection with LED’s

When inspecting a production process demands are put on lighting and contrast. With our custom made LED inspection solutions these demands are met. We use different colour types (including white) in order to achieve a range of contrast conditions. If extreme intensity is required we apply special lenses which allows us to reach an intensity of 1.000.000 lux. Cooling is an integral part of the design, to avoid intensity drop and lifetime reduction.
